Administration Guidelines

The recommended dosage is 22.5 mg/m² administered orally twice daily with a meal. Treatment should continue until complete remission is documented, for a maximum of 90 days, or until 30 days after remission is achieved—whichever occurs first. Capsules must be swallowed whole with water; they must not be chewed, dissolved, or opened.
