ExtraSuperTadarise is a compound medication used for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). Its main active ingredients are Tadalafil and Dapoxetine. Although it has good therapeutic effects, side effects may occur during use. It is necessary to understand the relevant symptoms, relief methods, and follow the daily precautions.

What are the side effects of ExtraSuperTadarise?

Headache and Facial Flushing

Symptoms: Headache or a feeling of heat and redness in the face, caused by vasodilation.

Relief Methods: Take painkillers such as paracetamol (avoid concurrent use with nitrates).

Maintain adequate fluid intake and avoid alcohol, as alcohol can exacerbate vasodilation.

Dyspepsia and Stomach Discomfort

Symptoms: Nausea, heartburn, or abdominal distension.

Relief Methods: Take the medication after meals to reduce irritation to the stomach.

Avoid high-fat diets; antacids (such as omeprazole) can be taken if needed.

Muscle Aches and Back Pain

Symptoms: Usually occur 12-24 hours after taking the medication, manifested as soreness in the lower back or limbs.

Relief Methods: Apply heat to the painful areas; mild physical activity can help relieve stiffness.

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as ibuprofen) can be used for a short period.

Nasal Congestion and Visual Abnormalities

Symptoms: Nasal congestion, or temporary blurred vision and disturbance in distinguishing blue and green colors.

Relief Methods: Use normal saline nasal sprays to relieve nasal congestion.

Avoid driving or operating precision equipment until the symptoms subside.

Severe Side Effects of ExtraSuperTadarise and Emergency Management

Priapism

Risk: An erection lasting more than 4 hours may cause damage to penile tissue.

Response: Seek medical attention immediately; medication or surgical intervention may be required.

Cardiovascular Reactions

Risk: Concurrent use with nitrates can lead to life-threatening hypotension.

Contraindication: Concurrent use with medications such as nitroglycerin and isosorbide dinitrate is strictly prohibited.

Allergic Reactions

Symptoms: Skin rash, difficulty breathing, or laryngeal edema.

Response: Stop taking the medication immediately and seek emergency medical assistance.

Daily Precautions for ExtraSuperTadarise

Dosage and Frequency

Initial Dosage: Usually half a tablet (containing 10mg Tadalafil and 30mg Dapoxetine); do not take repeated doses within 24 hours.

Adjustment Principle: Patients with hepatic or renal impairment need dosage reduction (e.g., 5mg Tadalafil).

Diet and Lifestyle

Avoid: Grapefruit juice (increases the risk of elevated drug concentration in the blood).

Avoid: Excessive alcohol consumption (exacerbates hypotension or headache).

Recommendation: Maintain a light diet and avoid taking the medication immediately after a heavy meal.

Note: For internal discussion among medical personnel only. For specific medication, please consult the attending physician. Drug information may change over time. For the latest information, we recommend adding a medical consultant or consulting for free online.
