Recommended Dosage for NEMLUVIO

For adult patients weighing less than 90 kg, the recommended dosage is an initial 60 mg (two 30 mg injections), followed by 30 mg every 4 weeks (Q4W). For patients weighing 90 kg or more, the initial dose remains 60 mg, but subsequent doses increase to 60 mg every 4 weeks.

The first dose requires two injections at different sites.
