How should I use this medicine?

Alhemo's dosing regimen involves an initial loading dose followed by a maintenance dose tailored to plasma concentration levels.  

Dosage and Administration of Alhemo  

The initial dosing schedule for Alhemo includes a loading dose of 1 mg/kg on Day 1, followed by a maintenance dose of 0.2 mg/kg once daily. After 4 weeks, plasma concentrations of concizumab-mtci should be measured to optimize the maintenance dose. Depending on plasma concentrations, the dose may be adjusted: for levels below 200 ng/mL, the dose increases to 0.25 mg/kg; for levels between 200 and 4,000 ng/mL, it remains at 0.2 mg/kg; and for levels exceeding 4,000 ng/mL, it is reduced to 0.15 mg/kg.
