How should I use Cibinqo(abrocitinib)?

Abrocitinib tablets are a Class 1 innovative drug declared by Pfizer, a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor. When using abrocitinib tablets for treatment, the following important precautions need special attention:

1. What should be done if a dose of abrocitinib tablets is missed? 

If a dose is missed, administer it as soon as possible unless it is less than 12 hours until the next dose, in which case the missed dose should be skipped. Thereafter, resume administration at the specified time. 

2. Can abrocitinib tablets be taken with food? 

Take abrocitinib tablets at approximately the same time each day, with or without food. 

3. What is the administration method of abrocitinib tablets? 

Abrocitinib tablets should be swallowed whole with water. Do not crush, divide, or chew the tablets.
