Dosing Guidelines

Patients start with a 3 mg/kg weekly loading dose for four weeks. Maintenance doses include 1.5 mg/kg weekly, 3 mg/kg every two weeks, or 6 mg/kg every four weeks. The injection is administered subcutaneously, and sites should be rotated to avoid irritation.
