Dosage and Administration

The recommended dosage of DATROWAY is 6 mg/kg (maximum 540 mg for patients ≥90 kg) administered as an intravenous infusion once every three weeks. Premedication includes antihistamines, antipyretics, antiemetics, and lubricating eye drops. Patients should use a steroid-containing mouthwash and hold ice chips in the mouth during infusion. Dose adjustments or discontinuation may be required based on adverse reactions. Infusions are given over 90 minutes initially, then 30 minutes if tolerated, with post-infusion monitoring.
