Dosing Guidelines

The recommended dosage of EMFLAZA is approximately 0.9 mg per kilogram of body weight, administered orally once daily. The dose can be achieved using any combination of the available tablet strengths or the oral suspension. Tablets can be swallowed whole or crushed and mixed with applesauce. The suspension must be shaken well before use; the measured dose should be mixed with juice (not grapefruit) or milk and consumed immediately. Abrupt discontinuation is not recommended.
