There is no specific antidote. Vital signs, electrocardiogram (QT interval), and clinical manifestations should be monitored, and supportive treatment should be administered. Due to the high protein binding of fostemsavir, the effect of dialysis for clearance is limited.
It is used for the treatment of adult patients with extensive treatment experience who are infected with multi-drug resistant HIV-1. These patients have experienced failure of their current antiretroviral therapy regimens due to drug resistance, intolerance, or safety issues.
Recommended Dosage: 600 mg (1 tablet) each time, twice daily, for oral administration. It can be taken with food or on an empty stomach.
Administration Method: Swallow the tablet whole. Do not chew, crush, or split the tablet.
Dosage Form and Strength: Extended-release tablets. Each tablet contains 600 mg of fostemsavir (equivalent to 725 mg of fostemsavir tromethamine).
