Who can use Rubraca(Rucaparib)?

Rucaparib (Rubraca) is a highly selective poly ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP) inhibitor. It targets and inhibits the enzymatic activity of PARP-1, PARP-2, and PARP-3, interfering with the DNA repair mechanism of tumor cells, thereby triggering a "synthetic lethality" effect.

Who can use Rubraca(Rucaparib)?

It is used for the treatment of adult patients with BRCA-mutated advanced ovarian cancer who have previously failed second-line treatment drugs. It is also used for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) associated with harmful BRCA mutations (germline and/or somatic) who have received androgen receptor (AR)-directed therapy and taxane chemotherapy.
