Who can use Inbruja(Levodopa)?

This product is indicated for the intermittent treatment of OFF-period symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease who are receiving levodopa/carbidopa therapy.

Excessive use of levodopa may cause overstimulation of the central nervous system, manifested as confusion, emotional disturbances, and cardiovascular system reactions (such as hypotension and tachycardia). Overdose may also lead to systemic complications, including rhabdomyolysis and transient renal insufficiency. Measures for overdose management include close monitoring of vital signs, electrocardiogram monitoring, administration of supportive therapy, and provision of antiarrhythmic measures when necessary. Meanwhile, it is necessary to check whether other drugs are used concurrently to increase the risk of adverse reactions.
