Dasatinib (Sprycel) is a multi-targeted inhibitor against tyrosine kinases, which exerts anti-cancer effects by blocking multiple key tumor signaling pathways. With its unique "dual mechanism", it can not only act on the active conformation of ABL kinase but also bind to the inactive conformation, thereby effectively overcoming a variety of imatinib-resistant mutations.
