OPDUALAG is manufactured by Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. It is supplied as a single-dose vial containing 240 mg nivolumab and 80 mg relatlimab in a 20 mL solution. The vial must be stored refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) in its original carton to protect from light. Freezing and shaking must be avoided. Once prepared, the infusion solution has a limited stability period, either at room temperature for up to 8 hours or under refrigeration for up to 24 hours, after which it must be discarded.
