Demonstrated Treatment Efficacy

In clinical studies for early breast cancer, Femara demonstrated superior disease-free survival compared to tamoxifen. As an extended adjuvant treatment after tamoxifen, it significantly reduced the risk of cancer recurrence. For advanced breast cancer, Femara was superior to tamoxifen in delaying disease progression and achieving objective tumor responses in the first-line setting, and it showed efficacy in the second-line setting after antiestrogen therapy failure.
