Side Effects of ORSERDU™

The most frequently reported side effects of ORSERDU™ are musculoskeletal pain, nausea, fatigue, and dyslipidemia, including elevated cholesterol and triglycerides. Other common adverse reactions include vomiting, increased liver enzymes (AST, ALT), and decreased hemoglobin. 

Gastrointestinal disturbances such as decreased appetite, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and constipation have also been noted. Additionally, headache, hot flush, and dyspepsia are reported. These side effects may require dose modifications or interruptions based on severity. Patients should be regularly monitored for these reactions, particularly liver function and lipid levels.
