Truqap(Capivasertib) Side Effects

Common and serious unwanted effects caused by the drug.

Adverse Reactions

The most common adverse reactions (incidence ≥20%) include diarrhea, cutaneous adverse reactions, hyperglycemia, nausea, fatigue, vomiting, and stomatitis. Laboratory abnormalities such as decreased lymphocytes, decreased hemoglobin, and increased creatinine were also frequently observed. Severe reactions can include serious hyperglycemia (e.g., diabetic ketoacidosis), severe diarrhea, and severe cutaneous adverse reactions, which may require dose modification.
