How should I use Truqap(Capivasertib)?

Dosage and Administration

The recommended dosage is 400 mg taken orally twice daily (approximately 12 hours apart), with or without food. This dosing follows an intermittent schedule: four consecutive days on treatment followed by three days off each week. Treatment continues until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Dose modifications, including interruptions, reductions, or discontinuation, are required for managing specific adverse reactions and for concomitant use with certain CYP3A inhibitors.
