Adverse Reaction Profile

The most frequently reported adverse reactions include diarrhea, infusion-related reactions, abdominal pain, and fatigue. Laboratory abnormalities such as decreased hemoglobin, lymphocytes, and elevated liver enzymes are also common. Serious adverse reactions can occur, including biliary obstruction, infections, and pneumonitis. Dose interruptions, reductions, or permanent discontinuation may be necessary based on the severity and recurrence of these events.
