How should I use BRAFTOVI(Encorafenib)?

The recommended dosage of TEMBEXA® depends on the patient's weight and age. 

Recommended Dosage for TEMBEXA®

For adults and children weighing ≥48 kg, the dose is 200 mg (two 100 mg tablets) or 20 mL oral suspension once weekly for two doses. For pediatric patients weighing 10 to <48 kg, the dose is 4 mg/kg of oral suspension once weekly for two doses, and for pediatric patients weighing <10 kg, the dose is 6 mg/kg of oral suspension once weekly for two doses. Careful monitoring of liver function and adverse gastrointestinal effects is essential during treatment.
