How should I use Xcopri(Cenobamat)?

The initial dose is 12.5 mg once daily, titrated biweekly to a maintenance dose of 200 mg/day (max 400 mg/day). 

Titration and Adjustments for Safe Dosing  

For hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh A/B), the maximum dose is 200 mg/day; use is contraindicated in severe impairment (Child-Pugh C). Renal impairment (CLcr <30 mL/min) warrants caution and potential dose reduction. Tablets may be swallowed whole or crushed for oral suspension/NG tube administration. Abrupt discontinuation is avoided; withdrawal requires gradual tapering over ≥2 weeks to prevent seizure exacerbation.
