Dosing Regimen

The dosage of CERDELGA is personalized based on the patient's CYP2D6 phenotype. For extensive and intermediate metabolizers (EMs and IMs), the recommended dosage is 84 mg taken orally twice daily. For poor metabolizers (PMs), the dosage is 84 mg taken orally once daily. Capsules must be swallowed whole and must not be crushed, dissolved, or opened. The medication may be taken with or without food, but concurrent consumption of grapefruit or grapefruit juice must be avoided.
