Dosing Regimen

The recommended starting dose is 125 mg taken orally once daily with food for 21 consecutive days, followed by a 7-day treatment-free period to complete a 28-day cycle. Dose interruptions, reductions, or discontinuations may be necessary based on individual safety and tolerability, particularly for management of hematologic toxicities. Specific dose adjustments are required for patients with severe hepatic impairment or when co-administered with strong CYP3A inhibitors.
