Clinical Benefits

The efficacy of IBRANCE is supported by pivotal clinical trials. In PALOMA-2, combining IBRANCE with letrozole significantly extended median progression-free survival (PFS) compared to letrozole alone in patients receiving initial therapy. In PALOMA-3, IBRANCE plus fulvestrant demonstrated a significant improvement in median PFS versus fulvestrant alone in patients whose disease progressed after endocrine therapy. The INAVO120 trial showed that adding inavolisib to IBRANCE and fulvestrant provided a substantial PFS benefit for patients with PIK3CA-mutated, endocrine-resistant disease.
