Recommended Dosage

The standard dosage of MEXTOVI is 45 mg orally twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart, always administered in combination with encorafenib. It can be taken with or without food. A missed dose should be taken unless it is within 6 hours of the next scheduled dose. For patients with moderate or severe hepatic impairment, the dose must be reduced to 30 mg twice daily. Dose interruptions, reductions, or discontinuation are required based on the type and severity of adverse reactions.
