Dosing Regimen

The recommended dosage is 100 mg taken orally once daily on days 1 to 28 of each 28-day cycle. It must be administered concurrently with subcutaneous cytarabine. The tablets should be swallowed whole and can be taken with or without food. Dosage modifications, including interruption or reduction to 50 mg, are required for specific adverse reactions such as QTc interval prolongation or severe musculoskeletal events.
