How should I use Bavencio(Avelumab)?

The standard regimen is a fixed-dose intravenous infusion administered every two weeks.

Recommended Dosage and Administration

The recommended dosage of BAVENCIO is 800 mg administered as an intravenous infusion over 60 minutes every two weeks. This schedule applies to its use in MCC, UC, and when combined with axitinib for RCC. Premedication with an antihistamine and acetaminophen is required prior to the first four infusions and as needed thereafter to mitigate infusion-related reactions. Treatment is continued until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs, with specific guidelines for dose modifications based on the severity of adverse reactions.
