Who can use Pulmozyme(Dornase Alfa)?

1. Pulmozyme is indicated for the treatment of pediatric and adult patients with cystic fibrosis (CF) in combination with standard therapy to improve lung function.

2. In patients with CF with FVC ≥ 40% predicted, daily administration of Pulmozyme has also been shown to reduce the risk of respiratory infections requiring parenteral antibiotics.
