Indications and Usage

DOPTELET is indicated for the treatment of thrombocytopenia in three main patient groups. It is used in adults with chronic liver disease who are scheduled to undergo a procedure. It is also used in adult patients with chronic immune thrombocytopenia who have had an insufficient response to previous treatment. Furthermore, it is indicated for pediatric patients one year of age and older with persistent or chronic immune thrombocytopenia who have also had an insufficient response to prior therapy.
