ExtraSuperTadarise is a combination preparation containing two active ingredients, Tadalafil and Dapoxetine. It is used for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE).

How to Use ExtraSuperTadarise

Routine Dosage and Administration

Recommended Dosage: The usual dosage is 1 tablet taken orally once daily. The dosage may be adjusted based on individual response. The common specification is 20mg Tadalafil + 60mg Dapoxetine.

Dosage Form and Specification: It is a film-coated tablet, which should be swallowed whole and must not be broken or chewed.

Administration Requirements: It is recommended to take the tablet 30-60 minutes before sexual activity, and it can be taken with or without food.

Pre-Treatment Evaluation

Cardiovascular Evaluation: It is necessary to ensure that there is no risk of severe heart disease or hypotension.

Drug Interaction Check: Concomitant use with nitrates or potent CYP3A4 inhibitors should be avoided.

Precautions for Medication Use

Need for Sexual Stimulation: Sexual stimulation is required to trigger the drug's effect.

Dietary Impact: High-fat diets may delay the absorption of Dapoxetine but do not affect the efficacy of Tadalafil.

Precautions for Using ExtraSuperTadarise

Contraindications

Nitrates: Concomitant use with any form of nitrates is strictly prohibited, as it may lead to severe hypotension.

Severe Cardiovascular Diseases: Such as recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, etc.

Adverse Reactions Requiring Vigilance

Cardiovascular Events: Symptoms such as chest pain and palpitations require immediate medical attention.

Neurological Symptoms: Dapoxetine may cause dizziness or syncope; avoid driving or operating machinery.

Patients with Hepatic Impairment

Mild to Moderate Hepatic Impairment: No dosage adjustment is needed, but close monitoring is required.

Severe Hepatic Impairment: Use should be avoided due to insufficient data.

Patients with Renal Impairment

Moderate Renal Impairment: The maximum dosage should not exceed 10mg Tadalafil, and the medication should be administered at intervals of 48 hours.

Severe Renal Impairment or Dialysis Patients: Use is contraindicated.

Elderly Patients (≥65 Years Old)

Caution is required. The initial dosage is recommended to be halved, and blood pressure and heart rate should be monitored.

Patients on Concomitant Medications

For CYP3A4 Inhibitors (such as Ketoconazole, Ritonavir), the dosage of Tadalafil should be limited to 10mg, and only one dose should be taken within 72 hours.
