Clinical Efficacy

In a pivotal clinical trial of treatment-naïve patients with late-onset Pompe disease, NEXVIAZYME demonstrated improvement in respiratory function, as measured by forced vital capacity (FVC % predicted), and in functional endurance, assessed by the 6-minute walk test (6MWT), compared to active control over a 49-week period. These therapeutic benefits were maintained in a long-term extension study.
