Reported Adverse Reactions

The most frequently reported adverse reactions include headache, fatigue, diarrhea, nausea, arthralgia, dizziness, myalgia, pruritus, vomiting, dyspnea, erythema, paresthesia, and urticaria. Serious reactions can include severe hypersensitivity reactions (e.g., anaphylaxis) and infusion-associated reactions (IARs) manifesting as chest discomfort, hypotension, respiratory distress, and edema.
