Adverse Reaction Profile and Risk Management for Zydelig

The most common adverse reactions to Zydelig include diarrhea, pyrexia, fatigue, nausea, cough, pneumonia, abdominal pain, chills, and rash. Laboratory abnormalities frequently observed are neutropenia, hypertriglyceridemia, hyperglycemia, and elevated liver enzymes (ALT, AST). 

Serious risks include hepatotoxicity, severe diarrhea/colitis, pneumonitis, intestinal perforation, severe cutaneous reactions, anaphylaxis, and neutropenia. These toxicities may necessitate dose interruption, reduction, or permanent discontinuation.
