How should I use Fasturtec(Rasburicase)?

Recommended Protocol

The recommended dosage is 0.2 mg/kg administered as a 30-minute intravenous infusion once daily for up to 5 days. It must be reconstituted only with the provided diluent by gentle swirling, not shaken or vortexed. Further dilution must be in 0.9% Sodium Chloride to a total volume of 50 mL. It is imperative that it is not administered as an intravenous bolus. The infusion should be given through a separate line or the line must be flushed before and after administration.
