Dosing Regimen

The recommended dosage is 300 mg (two 150 mg tablets) taken orally once daily with food. Dose interruptions, reductions, or discontinuation are required for managing adverse reactions. Specific dose reduction levels are defined, and instructions are provided for missed doses or vomiting after administration. It must be administered concomitantly with fulvestrant.
