Who can use Alpelisib(PIQRAY)?

Approved Use

PIQRAY is indicated, in combination with fulvestrant, for the treatment of hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative, PIK3CA-mutated, advanced or metastatic breast cancer in adults. Its use is contingent upon the detection of a PIK3CA mutation by an FDA-approved test following disease progression on or after an endocrine-based regimen.
