Dosing Regimen

The recommended dosage is 1,250 mg (5 tablets) taken orally once daily on days 1-21 of a repeating 21-day cycle when combined with capecitabine. For use with letrozole, the dose is 1,500 mg (6 tablets) taken orally once daily continuously. TYKERB must be taken at least one hour before or after a meal. The daily dose should be taken all at once; dividing the dose is not recommended. Dose modifications are required for hepatic impairment, severe diarrhea, and certain drug interactions.
