Recommended Dosage Regimen

The standard dosage for ONGENTYS is 50 mg taken orally once daily at bedtime. To ensure optimal absorption, patients must fast for one hour before and at least one hour after taking the dose. For individuals with moderate hepatic impairment, the dose should be reduced to 25 mg daily. If a dose is missed, the next dose should be taken at the usual time the following day; doubling the dose is not recommended.
