Therapeutic Use

ONGENTYS is indicated as an adjunctive therapy to levodopa/carbidopa for patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease who are experiencing "off" episodes. These episodes are characterized by the return of Parkinsonian symptoms despite medication. It is specifically used to reduce the duration of these "off" periods and is intended for use in conjunction with the standard levodopa/carbidopa regimen.
