Who can use Tysabri(Natalizumab)?

It is indicated for the monotherapy of relapsing multiple sclerosis in adults, as well as the induction and maintenance treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn's disease. For patients with Crohn's disease (CD), concurrent use with immunosuppressants or TNF-α inhibitors is not allowed.
