Who can use Syprine(Trientine)?

Approved Use

CUVRIOR is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with stable Wilson’s disease. Its use is specifically reserved for patients who have already undergone decoppering (reduction of excess copper stores) and have demonstrated a prior tolerance to penicillamine, another chelating agent. It is not indicated for initial de-coppering or for patients who are intolerant to penicillamine.
