VAFSEO is indicated for the treatment of anemia resulting from chronic kidney disease (CKD) specifically in adult patients who have been receiving dialysis for a minimum of three months. Furthermore, it has not been demonstrated to enhance quality of life, fatigue, or patient well-being, and it is not a substitute for red blood cell transfusions in scenarios requiring immediate anemia correction.
