Treatment with STRENSIQ demonstrated significant improvement in survival and ventilation-free survival compared to historical controls in severe perinatal/infantile-onset HPP. Radiographic assessments showed substantial healing of rickets in most patients. Improvements in growth parameters (height and weight Z-scores) and mobility (6-minute walk test) were also observed in juvenile-onset patients, indicating a positive impact on the disease's skeletal and functional manifestations.
