Who can use Zyvox(Linezolid)?

Approved Uses

ZYVOX is indicated for the treatment of specific infections caused by susceptible Gram-positive bacteria. These include nosocomial pneumonia, community-acquired pneumonia (including concurrent bacteremia), complicated skin and skin structure infections (such as diabetic foot infections without osteomyelitis), uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections, and infections due to vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium. It is not indicated for Gram-negative infections.
