Clinical Effectiveness

In clinical trials for Parkinson's disease, MIRAPEX significantly improved scores on the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) for both activities of daily living and motor function. For Restless Legs Syndrome, treatment resulted in statistically significant improvements in the International RLS Rating Scale (IRLS) score and a higher proportion of patients were rated as CGI-I responders ("much" or "very much" improved) compared to placebo.
