Recommended Dosage for Tazemetostat

The recommended dosage of Tazemetostat (TAZVERIK) is 800 mg, taken orally twice daily, with or without food. The dosage should be continued until disease progression or intolerable toxicity occurs.

If a dose is missed, patients should not take an additional dose but should continue with the next scheduled dose. Dose reductions and modifications may be necessary for adverse reactions, with a maximum dose reduction to 400 mg twice daily.
