Who can use TAZVERIK(Tazemetostat)?

1. Epithelioid Sarcoma

Tazemetostat (TAZVERIK) is indicated for unresectable metastatic or locally advanced epithelioid sarcoma in adult and pediatric patients aged 16 years and older.

2. Relapsed or Refractory (R/R) Follicular Lymphoma (FL)

(1) It is indicated for relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma in adult patients with no satisfactory alternative treatment options.

(2) It is indicated for relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma in adult patients who are positive for FDA-approved EZH2 mutation testing and have received at least 2 prior systemic therapies.

All the above indications are approved on an accelerated basis based on overall response rate and duration of response. Continued approval of tazemetostat indications may be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in confirmatory trials.
